12 weeks Challenge – for those who want to reclaim health, improve their lifestyle and as a bonus, lose all that excess fat.
I am not a nutritionist nor a doctor, so all those who have decided to join in, please ensure you have sought appropriate medical advice. (You can read my story on http://www.ragadsilva.com and learn about my journey to reclaim health. I have struggled with health issues through weight gain from making poor choices (food and lack of exercise) and this challenge is my attempt to stay focused and continue on that journey, and support those who face similar challenges).
Our start date will be 9th April. The 12 weeks are:
Week 1: 9th April
Week 2: 16th April
Week 3: 23rd April
Week 4: 30th April
Week 5: 7th May
Week 6: 14th May
Week 7: 21st May
Week 8: 28th May
Week 9: 4th June
Week 10: 11th June
Week 11: 18th June
Week 12: 25th June – celebrations!
Firstly, at this point my involvement will be online – I will share some ideas/tips a week in advance for the coming week, so we can all plan ahead. For instance, for the 9th April launch I will share the details by 6th April latest.
Secondly, each one of us has chosen to be a part of this programme by personal choice, so please ensure that you track your own progress, and support each other positively.
No two people are alike as we know, therefore the way our bodies react to our lifestyle choices will be different. So, no comparing unless you want to encourage someone. Only positive encouragement allowed please.
You are more than welcome to chat with me, message me if you are facing any issues – I will support you in whatever way I am able to.
As we go along, we will create opportunities for people to do group activities, and go for walks/runs together. There are many in this group who lead very active lives. They exercise, make good food choices. Some have offered help already. So that’s great.
I am certain there will be many who will volunteer to enhance this programme and also share their journeys. Please feel free to message me and I will make whatever changes possible to ensure that this runs smoothly.
This programme is all about MAKING RIGHT FOOD CHOIES and ADDING EXERCISE to our daily routine. It’s simple, we make choices every day. All we need is to ‘re-tune’ our thinking and make the right choices. After 12 weeks, we should have re-tuned our thinking into making super choices and staying active.
Hey, and no excuses. We all have 24 hours in a day. We all have the right to choose.
We can do this.
